Rules:
All participants can send one unique track from these genres:
Techno, Hardstyle, Hardcore, Trance, Dance, House, Electro and all subgenres.
(ex. Jumpstyle, Terrorcore, Electro-house, Hardtrance)
Contest start 01/03/2011
Deadline is 30/04/2011 ore 00.00pm GMT+1.
All users can partecipate (also our staff members) and the evaluation of tracks will be done by all members.
Tracks must be ORIGINAL and cannot contain samples or vocals if you haven't their license of use (if you use samples, vocals you must be allowed to use them). All sound library buyed here and in other sites (or cd's) (if they are royalty free) can be used. ABSOLUTELY tracks must'nt contain any source of songs, lyrics or melodies of other artists.
Last but now fewer important your track must be unreleased before! not posted on internet (myspace, FearFM, forums, facebook, youtube, blogs) or published in cd's or in webstores.
Any infragment of these rules cause your exclusion from the contest.

1st: AcidBoy - Getting Some Cutta
Getting some cutta has a notable style, dinamic and with a big impact. Good and powerful Bassline , his point of force is on the arrangement, in his happen on the main theme. Is the best track presented for this contest on all aspects, as tecnicals as stylish.
Acidboy - Hardstyle Revolt the second track of acidboy is also notable, especially for the main lead. this track is selected to close the compilations.
2nd: AnalogicLife - Mai Baiss
Was difficult choosing the second track, there was another candidate (Sondqontrollerz - journey in your mind ) but the selection is finished on tecnical area.Mai Baiss has not a new style, is Oldschool, but as regards as journey in your mind the track of Analogiclife is tecnically better. despite you used many samples i based my choise on tecnics despite other tracks, as mad mike - no spartime, are better eleborated and more melodic.
3rd: Soundqontrollerz - journey in your mind
Journey in your mind has a notable impact and is very HARD. despite that the track have an excessive volume onmiddle an low freq. and above all the nustyle bassline suck all other channels when come in action, despite the db volume
4th: mad mike - no spartime
Una traccia ben composta, la melodia è molto suggestiva e eleborata nell'arrangiamento. tuttavia la traccia contiene clip considerevoli e una bassline
scarsa nelle basse frequenze, che tuttavia incide drasticamente sui clip. Una cura più attenta ai volumi, alle frequenze ed una compressione ottimale
avrebbero dato risultati migliori.
5th: untouchable - dj fraxxure
Altra traccia composta quasi complessivamente da samples, La melodia centrale è decisamente scarsa e sembra filtrata attraverso un noise gate che ne elimina la coda, inoltre il brano è molto piatto e poco stereofonico. Molto simile a GR Revolt, untouchable si trova in un posto in più rispetto alla traccia proposta da Oldstyle Shuffler per una minore incidenza di errori e clipping. 6th: OldStyle Shuffler - GR Revolt
Uno stile molto strano quello di Oldstyle Shuffler, che mescola Hardtrance con Hardstyle (anche se le due sono sorelle). La melodia centrale non è male, nonostante sembra essere un loop. Un lavoro più attento in fase di missaggio e una maggiore creatività avrebbero migliorato la traccia.7th: Robo'N DJ - Save Me
Molto il bello il vocal femminile, e soprattutto bell'ingresso! nonstante la premessa c'e dà dire che i suoni utilizzati sono molto amatoriali e poco Hardstyle.La melodia è piuttosto bella e anche il synth molto melodico e caratteristico ma la bassline nustyle, oltre ad essere poco incisiva e troppo alta a livello di equalizzazione, non sembra seguire chiaramente la main lead ma piuttosto seguire una sua strada. Un lavoro migliore sui suoni iniziali e sul kick e bass avrebbero sicuramente innalzanto il livello della tuo brano.

Le due traccie presentate da Dj Ozmium sono state escluse per una valutazione complessiva che non raggiungeva la sufficienza. hai ancora molto da lavorare e da imparare prima di imbatterti in un contest, ma non demoralizzarti continua ad imparare e fatti aiutare dagli utenti più esperti nel nostro forum!
